Coffee Orders

Coffee is ground specifically according to your selected preferences. Therefore, coffee grinding orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once the order has been placed.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, please allow up to 25 days for the refund to be fully processed.

4. Sale & Discounted Items

Refunds are available for regular-priced items only, subject to the applicable refund conditions.

Discounted, promotional, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
